Well 2017 is done, and as we move to 2018, there are new challenges ahead. It was a tough year in 2017, with craft fair attendances way below previous years, and the general feeling of cautiousness among consumers, meaning that sales were hard earned. So to 2018 – what will happen this year? Its difficult to say. The markets are still pretty low, but I hope for an air of optimism as the year moves on.
Craft fairs have always been the main selling point for Simply Stunning Jewellery. I love to connect with my customers face to face. But the market is changing, with on-line shopping growing massively year on year. So this year there will be much more of a focus on Facebook (www.facebook.com/simplystunningjewellery) and this website.
I have already expanded the range available on-line and now include earrings as well as pendants and bracelets. I will list many more of my products over the coming weeks – so keep checking in.
