Simply Stunning Jewellery hopes that you will be happy with your jewellery, however, if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, please contact us in the first instance either by email, through contact us or by phone on 00 44 (0)7935 303088.
As a consumer you have a right to cancel you order*. This right starts from the time you make the order and ends 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. You can exercise your right to cancel by sending your notice of intention to cancel by post or contact us. If you cancel after the goods have been dispatched you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Simply Stunning Jewellery. All returned stock must be returned by the method by which they were sent to: 14 Beechways, Appleton, Warrington, WA4 5ER. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the goods. Unfortunately Simply Stunning Jewellery cannot refund postage unless the item being returned is faulty. Moneys due will be refunded when returned items are received.
*Bespoke designed pieces can only be cancelled upto 7 days after placing an order. In this in-stance the deposit will be refunded to you. After this time your deposit will not be refunded. After 14 days from the date of order you cannot cancel your order and are liable for the full cost of the item and delivery due to its individual nature. Any bespoke designs remain the property of Simply Stunning Jewellery.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Simply Stunning Jewellery does not and will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party at any time, with all information being held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We may store your details in our own database and use them to contact you via email with occasional stock or special offer news. If you prefer not to be contacted in this way, please email us with your details and you will be immediately removed from our mailing list.
We use safe, secure technology and do not store credit card information.
Once you have placed your order Simply Stunning Jewellery will automatically send you a confirmation email, please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to email us or call us on 00 44 (0)7935 303088. Items which are in stock will be despatched within 2 working days. Due to the nature of the pieces as individual or limited edition, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery for items which are not in stock for Making and Hallmarking. If you have any enquiries please contact us.
Credit/Debit Cards are accepted via Paypal. For the design service a deposit of 30% is required at the time of ordering. This is non refundable (see cancellation policy). Once the piece is completed you will be sent an email and the balance will become due. Once this payment is received, your item will be despatched. Please allow up to 6 weeks for bespoke items.
